Unable to Access StrategicERP site in Browser

User is unable to access the 15.strategicerpcloud.com website, and is instead displaying an error message.

  • 15.strategicerpcloud.com link not working but it accessible through IP address

All you have to do is provide access into the hosts of your local system where you are using the software.

Steps to follow

  • Open Notepad with Run as Administrator

  • Once you run the application as Run as Administrator, you need to Open hosts file using the path below (Paste the link given below into the local storage path and open the hosts file)

  • Now click File > Open and browse to : c: Windows System32 Drivers etc and find hosts file. If you can’t view any of the listed directories you will need to configure Windows to show your hidden program or System Files as per the guide Click to here

  • Once you open the file you need to add one line mentioned below in space where placed.

  • After adding the line Save the file and close it.
  • Open a new tab on your browser and visit the link 15.strategicerpcloud.com
  • Your setup is ready and now you can login with your credentials
